I went to Walgreens today to try to get my free after RR items. I was able to get all of this for $9.99 out of pocket and I saved $54.03! I did start with $8 in RR but I now have $14.97 in RR to use in the next 2 weeks. I had to do 6 separate transactions but I let a couple of people who only had an item or 2 go in front of me in between a couple of them.
Transaction 1:
1 7-UP $0.99
1 Colgate $2.99
Coupons used: $2 RR from last week and $1/1 Colgate toothpaste coupon (SS 11/14)
Final Price: $1.25 got $3 RR and $0.99 RR back
Transaction 2:
Same as the first
1 7-UP $0.99 1 Colgate $2.99
Coupons used: $2 RR from last week and $1/1 Colgate toothpaste coupon (SS 11/14)
Final Price: $1.22 got $2.99 RR and $0.99 RR back
Transaction 3:
1 7-UP $0.99
1 Olay Body Wash $3.49
2 Right Guard Deodorant $2.99 each
Coupons used: Buy-one-get-one free Right Guard coupon (RP 10/31), 1 off one Olay Body Wash (P&G 10/31), $2 RR from last week and $2.99 RR from 1st transaction
Final Price: $2.10 got $0.99 RR, $2 RR and $2.50 RR back.
Transaction 4:
Same as 3rd transaction

2 Right Guard Deodorant $2.99 each
Coupons used: Buy-one-get-one free Right Guard coupon (RP 10/31), 1 off one Olay Body Wash (P&G 10/31), and 2 $2.99 RR from 1st and 2nd transaction
Final Price: $1.11 got $0.99 RR, $2 RR and $2.50 RR back.

1 caramel $0.39 (filler)
Coupons used: $0.50 off 1 Herbal Essences shampoo (11/14 RP), Buy-one-get-one free Right Guard coupon (RP 10/31), $0.99 RR from transaction 4, $2 RR from last week
Final Price: $2.91 (I admit I should've used a $2 RR instead of the $0.99 RR) got $2.99 RR, $1.49 RR
Transaction 6:
2 Zone Perfect Bars $0.99 each
1 Herbal Essences Shampoo $2.49
1 Hair Bands $0.99 (filler but needed)
1 Always liners $1.49
Coupons used: $1 off 1 Always product (mailer from P&G), $1 off Herbal Essences shampoo (mailer from P&G), 2 $1 off any Zone Perfect bar (10/31 SS) these were marked down to $0.99 to price match and $2 RR from previous transaction.
Final Price: $1.39 got $1.49 RR
If you are buying more than one item that has RR it is best to split up your transactions. Remember not to use the same RR on the item you got it from (Colgate toothpaste RR on the 2nd toothpaste) if you do you won't get the 2nd RR. Also make sure you have the same number of items as coupons. That's why I had 2 fillers. It's also good to save some RR for the next time you go in. Then you aren't paying a lot out of pocket for your first transaction. They're usually good for 2 weeks.
